3% Chelidonium Majus extract regulates excess sebum and restores moisture/oil balance to leave the skin clear. 
Cruelty-free and formulated free of artificial fragrance, essential oil, mineral oil and drying alcohol. 

This toner has a watery and lightweight texture that hydrates and plumps the skin without the sticky or greasy residue. Suitable for all skin types. 
How to use: 
Use this toner after cleansing with the Matcha Hydrating Foam Cleanser. Apply an appropriate amount all over the skin and gently pat to allow absorption.
