1. Within 14 business days of the order receipt date, a return request must be submitted.

We’ll determine whether it’s doable after you send the return form to our Pinestate Solutions LTD email address.
We comply with your request for a return; however you must send the product to the shipping provider.
Please respond to our staff within 7 days to let us know if you have a tracking number for the package.
Items being returned must be in their original packaging and in unused, unmarked, and undamaged condition.
Returns that are not full may be rejected or ignored.

• Any item reported more than 14 days after the completion of delivery.
• Anything that displays any indications of use.

2. Our Pinestate Solutions LTD facility is the receiving location for all returns.
Once they arrive at our warehouse, refunds for returns can be processed.
Following the receipt and processing of your return, refunds are issued within 14 days.

You will receive a refund for the merchandise following confirmation from the CS team.
You have the option of using payment methods or refunding points for returns.

A) Refunds for Pinestate Solutions LTD points
– You can use points on the website just like cash.

– The store credit expiration date is six months.

B) The payment method you choose
Your payment account will be credited with the refund, which could take up to 14 business days.

*In the event that a customer unintentionally returns an unwanted or unopened item, the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.
Even if the order is delivered for free, we are still responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Therefore, we will proceed with the reimbursement, minus shipping fees, if you return it.
(Take note! Send the negative amount to the Pinestate Solutions LTD account if the refund amount is less than the double shipping price.)
Any points that were spent will be returned in points.
It is not possible to receive a refund in points or money used for your purchase while using the voucher to be deducted amount.
4. Regardless of the shipping method chosen for the initial order, wereserve the right to choose the reshipping method.
5. We do not accept returns or refunds for allergic reactions or skin disorders brought on by the items we sell.
6. Items lost in return shipping are not Pinestate Solutions LTD’s responsibility.
To ensure that your return reaches safely, we advise giving it to the chosen shipping firm.
7. Pinestate Solutions LTD reserves the right to validate and approve any exchanges or returns and to reject any change requests without previous notification.
