The waterproof formula resists water and oil to prevent smudging. Although it is strong against water it is easy to remove with a cleanser. The mascara brush is dense to provide volume to each and every lash.
How to use:
Sweep the inner curve of the brush from the root to the tip of the lashes.
Tip: For more volume and curl, apply ‘Dr Mascara Fixer’ before Lash Perm Mascara.
