The jelly-type texture of this toner creates a moisturising layer that seals in moisture more efficiently than watery-type toners.

How to use:
After cleansing, apply toner to a cotton pad and wipe all over the face.
Tip: If you want greater moisture, skip the cotton pad and apply on the palms then directly on the face.
